Girl, I Gotta Lose Some Weight!

Girl I Gotta Lose Some Weight Book Cover

Have you ever been asked if you’ve “gained weight” or even acknowledge this fact yourself?  What if the “weight” you’ve gained is an unhealthy relationship or frustration from lack of direction in your life?  Weight is not always measured in pounds.  In Girl, I Gotta Lose Some Weight, Regina Harris dives into the taunting, heavy “weights” that we as women may carry that’s not indicated by a scale.  These weights can be relational, mental, emotional, or even professional.  She helps you navigate through this process that you may become self-motivated to identify the “weight” you’ve been carrying in order to make better choices in becoming the best version of you!
